DNS Security and the NIST CSF 2.0
DNS Security and the NIST CSF 2.0
23 Oktober, 2023 14:00 Uhr Mitteleuropäische Zeit (MEZ)
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is working on an update to its cybersecurity framework (CSF) which defines common terminology for organizations desiring to document and communicate security requirements and levels of implementation. The NIST CSF is a de facto security implementation standard for organizations worldwide. We’ll explore the NIST cybersecurity framework and what’s coming in this webinar and discuss specific framework activities related to DHCP-DNS-IPAM (DDI) and corresponding Cygna Labs DDI solutions.
Webinar attendees shall receive a copy of DNS Security Management, a book published by Wiley IEEE Press. This book was authored by Michael Dooley and Tim Rooney of Cygna Labs and reviewed by Internet luminaries Paul Mockapetris and Paul Vixie, among others, provides a comprehensive review of DNS vulnerabilities, mitigations, and protections. The text is grounded in the NIST CSF which defines an industry acknowledged cybersecurity framework.
