DDI infrastructure management
The foundation of our managed DDI services is the Services Infrastructure Management (SIM) service, which enables the management of backups, upgrades, monitoring, and administration of deployed Cygna DDI appliances. The SIM service provides system administration for deployed Sapphire appliances, including 24/7 monitoring, proactive error reporting and remediation, and updating the DDI, DHCP and DNS services for security fixes or new features.
DDI moves, adds, changes
Cygna DDI Managed Services include and compliment the SIM Service to provide support for IPAM moves, additions, and changes. The DDI Managed Service offers a complete DDI service option that includes all system administration, monitoring, and upgrades for deployed Cygna DDI appliances, as well as daily updates to IP address blocks, subnets, IP address assignments, address pools, DNS domains, and resource records. DDI functions are performed by the experts at the Cygna DDIManaged Services Center to provide fast and accurate DDI services.
Flexible change management
Cygna DDI managed services enable customers to simply create a change ticket with desired changes, e.g., provision a new subnet in cloud VPC X. Bulk changes can also be accommodated for moves or additions of subnets, devices, and/or resource records. Customers may also desire to initiate changes themselves to share the effort if desired. Like our products, our managed DDI services are flexible.
