Around-the-clock support is also available with our Gold service, which enables you to call or email at any hour of the day or night, 365 days of the year. Our support centers are staffed around the clock with Cygna DDI employees, not call center contractors. These support programs include free release upgrades and patches.
Our implementation services can help you start off on the right foot with a solid base reflecting your current network and desired data organization, including data and service migration from competitive systems. Whether you are seeking to centrally manage an existing infrastructure of Cygna Labs, ISC, and/or Microsoft servers, migrate to an all-appliance deployment, or somewhere in between, Cygna DDI professionals are available to help you plan your best-practices-based deployment.
Building upon the 24/7 Gold service, our Platinum services provide regular web conference calls to review questions, open issues, and resolutions. In addition, we offer hands-on assistance via a VPN connection to your Cygna DDI system. We can assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution. Our Platinum Plus service adds software upgrade and patching services via the VPN as well.
